We look forward to welcoming you to our family-run country house close to San Ginesio which is available as bed and breakfast accommodation a large south west facing garden with pool, terrace and fruit trees. Beauty & Reiki treatments are available and designer shopping trips or excursions in our own mini bus. Great locally produced food and wines are provided by our team with a wholesome menu & vegetarian options, creatively prepared. Nearby there are good local bars and restaurants, designer shoe factories, lakes, mountains and the Adriatic coast. Described by La Republica Italian newspaper as 'Un Piccolo Borgo Delizioso', a delicious little place.
This family-run bed and breakfast with fully licensed restaurant and pool offers spacious accommodation, continental breakfasts and excellent food and wine. We can organise excursions in our own mini bus plus the opportunity to enjoy beauty and reiki treatments (please email for costs. We provide a travel cots and high chairs (free of charge) with early teas available on request. We are open all year and provide heating in winter months. Baby sitting service also available with notice. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in our larger rooms. All rooms are en-suite with power showers, wc, washbasin & toilet, some with bidet. Hairdryer provided as well as fans and mosquito nets in summer months. ASDL broadband internet access is available for guests with laptops.

There are many hilltop fortified towns, lakes, mountains and Adriatic coastline, as well as Roman ruins, an open air opera theatre, churches, abbeys, monasteries, caves and grottos. This is also a major area for designer shoes and handbags that can be found in the many local markets.

From the A14, arrive at toll booths, Civitanova and take the SS77 signposted Macerata. Leave the SS77 at Tolentino Est.
At the end of the slip road, turn left, continue to the T Junction, and turn right (Metano garage on your left). Stay on this road and at the next T junction, turn left (a very tight turn, and electricity sub station on your right).
Now start to look for the km markers on your right (white sign with a black number). At the fork in the road, keep right, signposted to San Ginesio. Stay on this road until you reach the 9 km marker (if you look across the fields, you should be able to see Villa Sibillini, painted yellow on your left).
After a series of bends, when your reach a sharp left hand bend, closely followed by a sign for a sharp right hand bend, take the white road on your left. You will see a white banner and a brown sign (VILLA SIBILLINI COUNTRY HOUSE), go past the first farmhouse (green shutters), and after 400 mtrs you will see Villa Sibillini, continue past the walled front garden and through the gates, directly into the car park. The front door to the Villa is through the arch.
