Situated in a friendly village surrounded by the Corbiere vineyards you will find our charming village house and pool. The village of Nevian is approx 10 k from the historic city of Narbonne with its famous indoor market, cultural sights and plentiful restaurants and within half an hours drive of many long and sandy Mediterranean beaches.
The house is a typical ‘maison de village’ on three levels complete with terracotta floor tiles and exposed wooden beams.
The property is accessed through a beautifully shady and secluded private front courtyard with palm tree, leading to the kitchen/living area with a newly fitted kitchen featuring hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, iron, ironingboard and all the usual crockery and utensils needed to make this a home away from home.
The living area has comfortable seating, satellite t.v., dvd and video player, selection of novels, movies and board games.
Upstairs on the first floor is a bright and spacious double bedroom with vanity sink unit and adjoining shower/wc room. On the top floor is the second bedroom which has three single beds, exposed roof beams and adjoining full bathroom.
Back downstairs, double French doors lead to a lovely spacious patio area shaded by colourful Oleander and leafy Fig trees, with all you need for alfresco dining including, of course, a barbeque. A gate from the patio leads on to the pool area with sunloungers and deck chairs for soaking up the sun on long sunny days.( Pool is open from mid May-mid Sept).
