La Ferme du Lac sits at the end of a winding lane, 2 miles from Marval (valley of the lakes) in the Parc Naturel Regional Perigord-Limousin. Our property comprises a 22-acre valley with a 7-acre lake at its heart. It’s a perfect spot for watching the wildlife of the region - over 60 species of birds along with otter, deer, boar, civet cat and others. The lake contains carp, coarse and game fish, and we have a category A (trout) river running through our land.
There are a number of beautiful villages and towns in the area with regular markets, good restaurants, and a full range of activities and interests. Accommodation: Our chalets (Bed linen is provided) and B&B rooms are either new or have recently been refurbished to an excellent standard.
