It is set in 10 acres, with a pigeonnier, two internal, original stone spiral staircases and magnificent ceiling detail Terracotta floor tiles and feature original low beams. We are situated within the Anjou wine growing area. We are close to the International Go-Karting circuit, Doue La Fontaine Zoo and Rose gardens, Fishing lakes and the chateaux of the Loire.
